Right next to the dancefloor, where the magic happens, it’s the perfect way to experience Am Blankenwasser with your favorite people.
The Metro parking lot at Jagenbergstraße 6, 41468 Neuss, is available for our events.
There are around 400 parking spaces, and parking is free of charge.
Please use this designated parking lot, as unauthorized parking on the roadside (especially where warning signs are posted) may result in a fine issued by the local authorities.
Our AM BLANKENWASSER shuttle bus for up to 26 people runs every 15 minutes from 2 PM to 11 PM, taking guests from the Metro parking lot in Neuss to the open-air event location.
The bus is equipped with air conditioning, a restroom, and comfortable seats with lap belts.
The ride takes about 3–5 minutes (1.5 km).
Please note that open drinks and food are not allowed on the shuttle. Thank you for your understanding.
Admission to the event is generally permitted from the age of 18.
We do not accept parental consent forms (“Muttizettel”) to transfer supervisory responsibility.
To verify your identity and age, we only accept official photo IDs: identity card, passport, or driver’s license.
The following documents are not accepted as proof of age: student ID, health insurance card, bank or credit card, photos or scans of ID documents.
If you’ve already purchased a ticket but haven’t received it, please check your spam folder.
If you’ve deleted the email, simply log in to the portal at my.ticket.io.
Alternatively, you can also send an email to sofortsupport@ticket.io and we’ll automatically send you a link within five minutes to your
my.ticket.io portal,
where you can view your orders and download your tickets again. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please contact: support@ticket.io.
You can personalize your ticket in the Ticket i/O buyer portal at https://my.ticket.io/.
Log in if you’re already registered and go to the corresponding order.
Please note that purchasing tickets does not automatically create an account.
There, you can click on “Personalize tickets” and enter the names of the participants.

If you appear aggressive or overly intoxicated,
you will be denied entry!
Every purchase is final. There is no right of withdrawal for our tickets.
